If you have any problems with ATG Trees
you can contact our tech support by sending an e-mail to
support@atgsoft.com.
Please, make sure you tell us as much information as you
can about the problem you are experiencing, including any error
or warning messages that may have been displayed.
Inform us about the following:
- ATG Trees version. You can get the exact version
from the About dialog from the Help menu;
- Windows version, US or international;
- Browser name and version (if the problem is with the generated DHTML trees);
- Description of your problem (as much information as possible).
We’ll try to help you as fast as possible, usually in one or two business days.
